Member Spotlight: Sanibel, Florida, Spanish Cay D6

Vacation rental owners with properties in Sanibel Island, Florida have been very active in InCircleRentals.com since our launch last spring. I want to share their stories and feature their properties. Today's post is about Bill Munro, who has been with us since March 2009.

Bill is the owner of Spanish Cay #D6 in Sanibel, http://tiny.cc/8BWOY, and has owned in Sanibel for several years. Bill's unit is on the 3rd floor in the family-friendly Spanish Cay condo complex, on the Gulf of Mexico.

Rental rates for Bill's property range from $600 to $1,450 per week depending on the season (peak winter starts late December and goes through Easter). Bill markets his Sanibel property on several websites, including vacationrental.com (#38428) and forrentbyowner.com.

Bill uses a professional manager, Sanibel Accommodations, so even though he lives in Canada, he never has to worry about the day to day details. Everything, from cleaning and linens, to guest requests, is handled by an on-island professional staff.
