The Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival, which begins on Oct. 30 on the West Kowloon Waterfront Promenade, will feature more than 140 food booths plus wine appreciation classes, talks by sommeliers, cooking demonstrations by top Hong Kong chefs and live entertainment.
