Regardless of your political inclinations, it's all good news for Tampa rental homeowners that Republicans Pick Tampa for 2012 Convention. Republicans selected Tampa, Fla., on Wednesday as the site of their 2012 presidential nominating convention, party officials said, with the Gulf Coast city triumphing over Salt Lake City and Phoenix.
The convention is set to begin Aug. 27, 2012, followed a week later by the Democratic convention, the site of which will be determined in the coming months.
